Eye Level Designs

Eye-level and cheek designs are absolute lifesavers at busy events because they are fast, impactful, and don't require full-face painting. 

For this practice session, I focused entirely on asymmetrical layouts that frame the outer eye area and sweep down toward the cheekbone. 

The key challenge here is mastering the flow of your linework so it naturally complements the curves of a face rather than fighting against them. 

By combining split-cake loading techniques for vibrant, multi-toned petals with crisp, contrasting linework, you can create high-drama looks in just a few minutes. 

I also added strategically placed chunky glitter to see how it accentuates the movement of the design, which is a fantastic way to test how eye-catching your work will be under party lights.
