Frequently Asked Questions

Safety & Quality

What safety standards do your face paints meet for young children and adults that have sensitive skin?
  • We only use 100% FDA-approved, quality certified, cosmetic-grade, hypoallergenic face paints and skin-safe glitters. We never use cheap poster colors or craft glitters.
How do we remove the face paint?
  • Our premium paints are water-activated and wash off easily with mild soap and warm water, or gentle wet wipes.

Booking & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept GCash and Bank Transfers. All transactions must be cleared prior to our arrival at the venue.
  • Please note that any additional charges, or transfer fee will not be covered.
Why do you require full electronic payment before the event?
  • We operate a strictly cashless system so our artists can focus 100% on painting and entertaining your guests, instead of chasing payments or handling cash at the end of a busy party.
Why do you charge a travel fee?
  • A round-trip travel fee applies to venues outside our immediate area. This ensures our artists can transport heavy equipment quickly and keep premium materials completely safe during transit.

Party Day Set Up

What do we need to provide for the artist?
  • Please provide a well-lit area, one table, and two chairs. For outdoor events, the setup area must be fully shaded to protect the paints from melting and keep the children comfortable.
How many kids can get painted during a 1 or 2 hours booking?
  • We typically paint 25 to 30 full faces depending on design complexity. For events with a lot of guests, we switch our display board to simpler, common designs to speed up the line and accommodate everyone.

Parent & Child Guidelines

What happens if a child is uncooperative or afraid to get painted?
  • We prioritize child comfort and safety. If a child is crying, moving a lot, or clearly does not want to be painted, we will not force them. Instead, we can offer a small, quick design on their hand or arm once they feel ready.
  • We love seeing kids express themselves. We kindly ask parents to respect their child's choice of design and color so they can have fun. If a child is unsure, parents and the artist can guide them, but the final choice should belong to the child.
Do parents need to stay with their children during the session?
  • Yes, please. We kindly ask parents or guardians to supervise their children while they wait in line and during their turn. For toddlers or very wiggly children, a parent must hold them still to ensure the artist can paint safely and accurately.
  • For health and sanitary reasons, please ensure children do not touch the artist’s materials, paints, or tools, as dirty hands introduce germs and ruin premium supplies.
  • To keep things fair and fun for all guests, we enforce a strict first-come, first-served queue. Parents and children are not allowed to skip the line or hold spots for others.
